Gratitude: The Secret to Happiness

How often do you take the time to truly be grateful for what you have instead of focusing on what you don’t have? Think about the things in your life right now that you can be grateful for. Our health, our five senses, having an education and having a place to sleep are just a few things many of us take for granted but are also things many people around the world do not have.

Expressing gratitude for things you may normally overlook can increase feelings of inner peace and joy. Many believe gratitude to be one of the best tools for sustainable happiness.
